Hot or Not?

I use to think that wearing opened toe shoes and sandals with tights or pantyhose was a fashion no-no. In some instances, I still think it's a bit tacky but this outfit, with the touch of red is calling my name!


What do you think? Hot or Not?

    I think THIS is hot. I understand why you would say something like this is a fashion no-no lol. I wouldn't try to pull it off, but this look is nice.

    Yes, it looks good on her but I'm still not convinced of the tights with open toes, lol.
